EDM Filters

EDM Filters
EDM: Electronic Discharge Machining is specialized equipment used to electrically erode metal in order to form complex shapes and sizes. This machining method is primarily used for hard metals or those that would be very difficult to machine with traditional techniques.
The material removal from the work piece occurs by a series of rapidly recurring current discharges between two electrodes, separated by a dielectric liquid and subject to an electric voltage. The particles created from this process are then removed by way of EDM filters.
EDM filters remove particulate from coolant or water and to provide clean surface machining.
