High Efficiency Paint Booth Filters

 

High Efficiency Paint Booth Filters are specifically designed to help aircraft manufacturing and rework facilities comply with tightening environmental emission standards. Two and three stage systems are the choice for low airflow resistance, long service life and minimal disposal costs. All filters meet NESHAP requirements and have been tested by independent laboratories according to EPA Proposed Test Method 319.

 

2-Stage System - 1st stage pad or panel and 2nd stage two-pocket cube.

 

• First stage pad or panel removes high solids paint, water borne coatings, oil-mist and stains.

• Second stage cube is extremely high in efficiency and paint holding capacity while having a low resistance to airflow.

 

3-Stage System – 1st stage pad or panel, 2nd stage panel or two-pocket cube, final stage 6-pocket high-efficiency bag

 

• First stage pad or panel removes high solids paint, water borne coatings, oil-mist and stains

• Second stage panel or optional cube is high in efficiency and paint holding capacity with a low resistance to airflow

• Third stage and final filter is specifically designed for the collection of aerospace chromate coating overspray
