DHA Filter supplies filters for air supply and over spray collection. Filter types include pads, panels, blankets, rolls, cubes and bags.

 

Intake Air Filters

Pre-filter and air makeup systems are designed to filter the large airborne particulate which accumulate on fans and coils and prematurely clog final and ceiling diffusion filtration systems.

• 1” and 2” Panels, Links, and Cubes are available with a latex resin dry tack on the downstream side to prevent dust migration.

• Ceiling diffusion panels have a smooth backing on downstream side and are intended for cross draft, semi-down draft, and downdraft paint booths for paint finish protection

 

Paint Arrestors

Exhaust filtration efficiencies can affect the paint booth operation by impacting booth balance, booth, maintenance, cleaning costs and the liability associated with paint deposits on adjacent properties.

• Pads, Panels and Links are offered in an array of fiber blends, tackifiers, and binders to meet specific paint filtration needs.

• Expanded Paper comes in a variety of configurations from low to high capacity.

• Standard cubes offer up to five times the filter area of a flat panel filter. This media is best used for paint booth applications when emissions levels need to be minimized.

• OSM 100 Cubes offer exceptional efficiency and maintain a low pressure drop. This high-efficiency final stage is used when particle emission control is critical.
